this makes interest reading and you are quite right that some major shareholders agreed to buy shares @1.7c
when they could have bought @1.5 on the market.
that would not have been of any benefit to apg and assisted the coy until BHP arrived.
you dont seem to have addressed the small problem that our company needs money for its day to day running costs or how money could be raised should BHP want to drive too hard a deal for our directors to accept knowing the real value of the company.
dont think it is wise to have all the eggs in one basket
