Genner, other Directors & cronies usually muster bit more than 20M votes for AGM resolutions. With 200M shares out there a concerted effort by shareholders could easily vote down their latest option grab plus kick Ian Murray off the Board. A bit more though could see at leat Nissen off too & 2 credible independents placed on there.

Its obvious which way I'll vote & I know of another approx 7m shares going that way. This is a chance for HotCopper to prove itself useful! What about it shareholders?
