Whilst the placement is no doubt part of larger game plan, the fact SEN is not out of suspension does not necessarilly mean news of anything else is the reason the suspension was not listed.
At the start of the this latest episode someone posted the reason for the trading halt was that SEN expected the placement funding would have been received prior to the matter being brought to the markets attention via their mail-out.
May well be there is a delay in receipt of the funds/settlement and as such, the trading halt will be lifted only when settlement actually occurs.
Just a thought.
