re: interesting... smuggler I recon the new bloke's gone to Canberra to lobby for fair competition:

!. Telstra transfer 51% of its brodband customers to BRO

2. Telstra transfer 51% of its mobile customers to BRO

3. Telstra transfer 51% of its fixed phone services to BRO

If all of the above conditions are not met then Telstra MUST buy-out BRO's existing shareholders for a nominal value of $1 per issued share or have the option to convert 2 BRO shares for 1 Telstra T3 share.
