Haven't they been disputing land for nearly 30 years as indicated by DJM....??? You sure there isn't more tribes, IMO, AVQ should have offered SIG a bigger royalty percentage and the government handle all this (given the known tribe dispute for years) and distribute the earning to the tribe, this 20% JV crap has everyone wanting a piece of the pie (more to come out I suspect......) but hey I am only down ramping.
