"That is the point, less percentage to go around so at most AVQ can offer 49% so AVQ can still have majority control of the company, everyone else is lining up for their piece of the pie and are there more to come out? (given there so much disbute about land and millions of dollar is now involve, the not greedy will get greedy and the greedy will get more greedy as their percentage get smaller).How the hell could you expect AVQ to "offer" a 49% share of the company to the Landowners?"
