Just a thought... only a thought! It may be considered and worth a ponder that in my humble experience and observation, for any corporate merger to be successful , each shareholder would be required to contribute a capital component (equal equity, equal capital) in order to configure the structure proposed going forward. Irrespective of the size of the partners, each respective partner would contribute an equal amount of capital in order to be allocated its equity in the merger or alliance structure.
Just a thought but a good one! Now back to that friggin floor again. I am learning to dislike 3G!!!!!
