Regrettably I think that unless 80% of 80% is illegal then the notice of meeting is perfectly clear and ASIC may ask the question of the company and the lawyers will answer accordingly, end of story.
I don't think this company s overly concerned about your reaction, I mean come on think about it, they took $1.2m for options and are now placing shares at the same price.
If it were me, I'd dump the stock at .002 and buy back in post consolidation. L1 capital don't strike me as long term holders. BTW does anyone know if L1 is a part of Langstead Capital?
