there's collusion here in the brokers who are goign to conduct the capital raising to fund the acquisitons

they took early postions in the 8s - will push this up to i would think at least 12c - then do a funding deal at around 20% less than the top market price

best result on such a deal i saw recently was Eden energy - they pumped it for 3 months and stock price got way way above all long term holders

on other hand LOM raped their retail stockholders

So just be very judicious - in my view these arent moves you want to chase very far
