Have you heard the one about the HDR shareholder who asked 2 independent experts (an engineer and an accountant) what 1+1 equaled?
The petroleum engineer said:
"2, of course"
The accountant said:
"What do you want it to equal?"
Here lies the problem of an independent expert report paid for by HDR when the scheme already has the director's stamp of approval.
Sorry for being so cynical, but if they come up with a takeover value anywhere near $3.50 I will be very surprised, in a very pleasant way.
