You must rely on others to invest when people say DYOR that mean look at everything you can. I relied on historic financials, broker reports, and what management said. In the end you must rely on it being genuine. Just recently someone posted AG was number six of top ten CEO list which I considered.
I think it's been similar to ABC roll up was buy, buy, buy growth, but it always will catch up because it is not organic growth and will come unraveled. IMO AG and team knew the mess even before last AGM. Many consultants have been hired to fix the mess. I'm dismayed the people who caused the mess are still there and getting a raise.
