My solution is WPL to give FAR 10% in exchange for a percentage of djifffere assuming the seismic is good. Any side deals that WPL have with Conoco P..would then be confidential and all would save face. I think a negotiated solution is likely and WPL could increase their interest if/when Cairn decide to sell a proportion of their interest. A TO by WPL would be our worst outcome IMO.
