AUD1791 x 50,000 ounces = $89,550,000 GOR "has the option to increase... to 150,000," ie. 50k/oz more.
AUD1791 x 200,000 ounces = $358,000,000 Total. That's a Bigger mine than I was thinking.

That brilliant hedge almost ensures that debt financing will be the way to a mine. That $1791, with "The Company ha[ving] the option to increase the facility size to 150,000 ounces..." Just a positive FS on Gruyere for that increase -- has there ever been a negative FS?

I pessimistically thought this financing possibility would take months. WRONG. The experts at CBA must have some dire predictions over the rest of the decade to justify such a high hedge. I think their hedge is far more instructive as to Au's direction than most any common indicators. (I exclude goldbugs' predictions mostly because I think they're, at kindest/best, stopped clocks.)

This is an enormous step forward, with a downside:LBO. Make no mistake, GOR is now a t/o target; the threat being shareholders never realizing the full potential... ugh.
