I only work at the lower more obscure end of finance. But after dealing with ex bankers for a number of years i can assure you that any fluff, mirrors and smokescreens will quickly be cast aside before this company gets a truckload of debt finance and an equity injection. The due diligence/approval process adopted by competent bankers will be thorough and testing. The BFS will be ripped apart and thoroughly tested.

If DM and more particularly DH dont perform they will quickly be shown the door.
