Yes they have done an outstanding job so far.
Your comment on being foolish reminds me of my gold investing days when I thought I knew what the gold price was doing until I realised not even the so called experts really knew what it was doing. It was a great expensive learning experience that made me a lot better investor esp regarding "experts". Those lessons have repaid themselves many times over.
About the same for me, I hold some very boring steady as you go stocks but the beauty of compounding returns serves them well. BAP and IMF are about as exciting as I get.
