In the Annual report it says the application was ready. So let's have a guessing game and say it went in on the Monday (8/8). Guess again and give it one month for approval. We are possibly, maybe still a week away. The options cease trading the week after, from memory. They could extend them by a year?? It does look rather late though. It would take a very smart deal to take the SP to a level of 15c or so, in order to convert. Major holders would much rather see them lapse and invest in the CR at lower prices. The HIV trial is no secret, so one could expect that it is largely priced in. Never say never, as these guys know how to run a pump.
