another incentive package Well I'm not worried about posting negatively about shares I own because I'm sick of Directors awarding themselves millions of shares AND options because this will give them an incentive to increase the share price. They already have an incentive; a salary; and their job is basically to increase the share price. The incentive; increase the share price or get fired. That seems fair to me.

Perhaps one can justify options, but why shares? 3 mill shares and 5 mill options is obsene. And will one institution vote against it? NO!! If the salary is insufficient, ask to have it increased.

And what are the options exercisible at? $0.075!! That is laughable. What kind of incentive is that? And he doesn't have to get the shares to 7.5 cents in a year or two - he has until 2011. That is a joke also.

And we will all graciously say, yes father, no father, have whatever you like; puck the bloody shareholders.

If a Director is so crash hot, buy some shares like the rest of us and reap the benefits when they skyrocket.

Well, that's my say. I feel better. No doubt, none of you will agree, but I don't care.
