BTW, I have never said AVQ was a crap stock, it's more like this forum isn't for me.....

I starting posting regularly after reading comments from some of the regular holders that SMM can no longer get this tenements due to the 3 PL rule imposed by SI, and no one was correcting them and I remember reading an article legally they can revoke them and apply for a different tenement and my view was why would SMM go through all these legal battle if they didn't know this.

And from my DD yesterday, it looks like AVQ already revoke (they use the term relinquish in their financial report) 2 of their PL in 2010 to do the same thing.....you would think a few of these holders would have known this especially the ones that stated they have been here of years?

Then there was a valuation that AVQ was easily worth 1B+ market capital because someone used the price of nickel concentrate in their valuation from 2Mt of production in 1 year!!!! and again no one corrected them, I said the price was 20-25US/t (and not 9900US/t!!!!!) and it cost billion of dollar to build the infrastructure to produce nickel concentrate, and again other dismiss me and said the government or other company will build it, my response was so AVQ can use it for free?

However, since doing more DD yesterday.....
