Read an article on The Mothey Fool last night about yesterday's 33% fall, with the MD leaving and release of the annual results.

The auditors expressed concern at the ability of the company to remain a going concern.

Sales for half down 20% and realised price down .17% also.

Was in breach of banking covenants during the half. Used $133m of $162m debt facility. Management apparently also stated further capital is likely required.
