I also get that gut positive feeling...but just remember, whilst unlikely, never put all your $ in one basket (unless small eggs) as the deal needs to close.
MSR is as good if not better than GMR imo, so I do agree and also wanted more at .004c today, however, there needs to be some balance as there are other good opportunities out there.
No doubt we're onto something very good with very nice FA backing us up totally.
