    Will there be a topping pattern until either demand goes down or new mines start up? The price is still not excessive by historic comparison so no need for demand to start dropping and old mines will take at least 6 months to gear up and new ones 2 years to get going. If ever there was a time to get a mining licence it's now. Lets hope that data from Greenland re a decision pending between September and November is correct, and lets hope it is more September than November.
