I believe that you are right.
FAR will PE.
But the difference as suggested before, is that not only FAR will PE but Petrosen will PE as well.
I suspect that Petrosen has asked for the full documentation to be sent and PE re set.
This is not going to be public.
Could be the reason why PC is so desperate.
As said before wonder if COP is going to tell Petrosen to get stuffed? Of course not.
Maybe PC would like to direct his comments directly at Petrosen rather than at FAR and by inference Petrosen.
COP will not be seeing Petrosen and FAR in court. Petrosen is is a proxy for the govt.
Don't care if COP have a 100 QC's on this, this isn't a court battle.
The small problem of govt approval take care of that.
Also I suspect that this is why a TO of FAR is not going to happen.
WPL would know that Petrosen is involved and so trying to take out FAR is not going to solve the problem.
Whoever is in the wings (TOTAL?) will be sitting back watching this play out.
This strategy has played CNE out of the game as well.
Likely that CNE,COP,and WPL are looking at the dead rats they are going to be forced to swallow.
We will have a large experienced deep sea operator.
Petrosen, FAR and whoever, my bet TOTAL will share out the spoils
