This would be true if Petrosen can afford to take the 35% by itself if FAR is not there to
co-PE. Paying for 14% (that is if they wanted their full 10% due) is one thing, but 35% might be a bit too heavy. Thus my thinking that if FAR is TO, then Petrosen will have to retreat.

I think you'll find Gov't have last say regardless of arbitration. Don't think it's possible to overturn the approval or disapproval. Example, Scott Morrison stopped the Chinese from buying the NSW power distribution network. Don't think the Chinese can they fight for it.
I think also we'll hear something by the time of CN's return.
