I said I'm out but I can't help but deconstruct this.
1. I'm pretty sure Ian understands the word marketing.
2. Product wasn't built when video was filmed - it was a primer and for branding/testing/initial exposure. Marketing requires multiple impressions. This was the first. They did the best with what they had.
3. The product is still being built. Impossible to understand ROI and gauge market in these scenarios. Unless you have a formula for pre sales with distruptive tech?
4. They didn't produce the video. It was outsourced.
