re: smm resource: rtenn I agree that smm would be difficult to take over because unless the offer was right the offeror wouldn't get the support of the large shareholders - they have been there too long to give the resource away. I think that $3 is a bit light. If we take away the remaining political risk and assume that smm will at least double their jorc before the end of the year then they have about A$12b worth of uranium at retail. It takes about 20% of that to produce the finished product- it would seem that there would be enough in it to justify a $1b price tag to secure the resource now - $5 per share - however the political risk still could come back and bite us
