re: klass and amex I have not changed my opinion in any way. Still expect a deal to be announced asap. Naturally the longer the delay the more the frustration mounts but I bought in for the long term as the riches will flow as the technology spreads post NASDAQ. If your intention is to make a quick dollar on trading the stock during its periodic fluctuations and spikes to 70-80c then I can understand your disappointment but I was never interested in short term plays on this one. As I have said many times, there is no logical reason for unnecessary delays in announcements. The TFS sale has delayed other activity. The putative deal with PE/AGT must be imminent given the timetable of the other party. I still hope to hear something significant this week to fit in with that timetable that involves the rebirthing of the TFS organisation.
