It's at least 1.5 barrelscould be 3.5 bbs.
There is no risk of oil not being there. Based on the list of factors ticked off so far and the play type it must flow and at a good rate
I believe the risk is in the Icewine#2H Well and Stimulation Design for HRZ, which is not a make or break for 88e it just means a delay and a scramble to raise funds to try again.
