That has to be up there as one of the worst interviewers I have heard. Only one person came out with credit and that is Mr Grech. Though in fairness the spotlight is not on Kohler.

I'll forgive that though. Good question about staff leaving (or not as case is) however didn't press on staff morale in UK, all Australia - poor interviewing. Didn't press the obvious, how going to repay first tranche of debt in 2 years? How about the fabled NIHL?
What is he thinking asking Mr Grech if he will be buying. Pathetic question, of course he has to avoid answering. I'm sure the ASX would be interested to hear the MD announce to market he is about to go on a buying frenzy before market opens. Poor interviewing.
Mr Grech batted him off with ease and humble to boot.
I agree with GC, an element of under promise over deliver I feel.
Very impressed with Mr Grech the right balance of humble, forthright and confident.
