Correct me if I'm wrong, but my reading of the prospectus is that MF does not get all of the 1 billion performance shares when converting to ordinary shares.
The Intiger Group had minority shareholders who will also be issued their share of performance shares on completion of milestones...
I think these minority shareholders held shares in Integra Asset Management Australia which Intiger have indirectly acquired.

So on completion of milestones.... we might see the Director/s of Integra Global Solutions as top 5 holders IMO....
