$600000 is a transfer of tiger international money for drill riggs..a pure accounting entry ,will see it come back in DEC 1/4...all to do with US regulations ..i doubt a issue coming ICN have a few other funding ways..farmins ...other US royalities...etc..i see 4 cent mark on charts..coming ..2007 should be a decent drilling year for ICN...a very exciting deal in the pipeline in progress...but wont stop the short term traders dumping stock.....around 4 is my target...good luck
