Short Term Trading Week Starting: 5th Sept, page-68

New to this thread and concept of the STT week aspect, but I had a look at the RDG - resource dev group, and wondering what I'm missing?

If i'm looking at the right 4e & FInancial report this is saying 21 m market cap or so (broker or hot copper estimates). 13 m cash and operating cash flow positive? Where do I go to see the original tips and their FA/TA that have to be submitted? Surely something making 5m on an operating cash flow positive pov and 13 m cash would be valued at 21 million for a reason? Not knowing the company I assume there are operational concerns or something else lurking in the background that have kept the price down? Or perhaps past problems?

Anyone care to elaborate? Surely too good to be true otherwise?
