The company comparison drawn was as you know is about surety of supply irrespective of where the product is at or processing is done. Chinese buying off Chinese is politically easier than Chinese buying off Anglo Australians, besides the embeddedness of CDCs home-networking. That was my point.

It's speculative no doubt. I also think CDC is not just CDC like it would be if 'Australian', it's a different organisational model of working and ownership with the CCP ultimately pulling the strings. That's certainly a transparency issue, but we will never really get Anglo-Saxon transparency from China.

I'm in it for 12 months at least.

And as for CDI, I don't feel anymore secure with an ordinary share in terms of having security. Less complicated and less opaque yes, but it operates just like any ordinary share when buying and selling. If you're an institutional investor, though it would seem to be a mess. I have looked at ASX's PDF, it's too generic that's why I was interested in whether you know the specific for CDC. Too complicated for me and I can't tell what extent the corporation act under division 4 part 7.5 relates to me. In the end I just know the ATO can see a CGT event.

I'll prompt you when the CEO realises his immediate growth target.

I admit you have me here. I don't know what division 4 part 7.5 is unless you mean Chapter 7 (in Volume 4) of the Corporations Act 2001 which relates to Financial Services and Markets. Even then I would have to read it in conjunction with the PDS. Too much effort at the moment.

Best of luck and let see how it performs in the market and who it seeks out as its target acquisitions between now and the end of the calendar year.
