Good idea Belair - maybe Ian could reduce his salary and give it to the sales staff - infact give everybody options as long as they are way out of the money, by the time they fall itm we will all be rich and the dillution won't matter a cent.............
OK realty, TEE needs a big cash deal to come through to excite investors
Kind of like a mining exploration company sooner or later they will make a hit.........
