Becker does not hold 50% of MPH (Magna Pacific Holdings). It does however own 50% of Magna Pacific Pty Ltd (MPPL) which is the subsidiary of MPH that is involved in the DVD industry and accounts for a large majority of MPH's earnings. Hope that makes sense! ;o)
