Yes WPL if they try a TO it will be a low ball offer, around 15 cents
I expect CN ready to repell such a offer as that will be time to review what sugar daddy options they have arranged.
Similarly once the PE restarts FAR will review its forward plans.
Until then we have the capper/uncertainty in the market holding the share price down
