Thing is, K, it was clear right from the get go that this announcement wasn't going to fire up the sp. Simply looking at the opening auction told you that, it struggled straight away.
Truthfully, this announcement, as good as it was, was fully expected and delivered only what everyone thought it would. For the sp to go higher now, it's not enough that alluvial income is good, we have to have the other news and even the granting of the exploration license won't be enough, imo, because it changes nothing that isn't already happening.
Sorry to say, but the only things that will do the trick are advances on the commercial kimberlite hunt, more super-specials and an increased % LOM holding, any one of those will help; anything less and it's just business as usual.
