What is there to understand? At present IBG's movements (price and volume) are almost entirely dependent on the POZ (and associated inputs; media, supply etc.). This has been the case forever; zinc goes up, IBG goes up. Zinc goes down, IBG goes down. Zinc stays steady, IBG flounders.
This will change when the ML is approved (less dependent on POZ). If you haven't worked that out betwen 18/06/14 and now I'm not sure you're looking at the right charts?
The important point to note is that the uptrend is currently punching you in the face.
