In my many experiences with CEO's in London , from board room lunches to a drink after work to phone calls mostly they were more than aware of telling me too much information.
As quite simply they didn't want to lose their jobs by blabbing!
Tom has to be careful in what he says. Simple.
He can't privately tell one person sp sensitive info' and particularly when doesn't know him from a bar of soap.
