@taincrow You make some excellent points. The original ann particularly regarding background of the contracting party was weak. I come at my examinations from a branding perspective, wondering what the Toomai brand can offer TV2. I wondered what credibility that brand had. That's why I searched for a web presence and found that Toomai.com was owned by a totally different company. Not a good start.

Keep in mind that perception is everything. I once worked for the UNESCO school in Hanoi and you know what relationship it had with UNESCO - SFA. Possibly some tenuous relationship in the way distant past, but nothing today.

It would also appear, given the hastily registered domain name toomaitv2u.com that it provides greater depth to Toomai than it does to TV2. Too bad but that's the way it is.

With regards to COSINT -it is not a UN body per se - although it clearly likes to ride with that brand. You will find that it is more in the form of an NGO with an armslength affiliation to the UN.

And what happened to COSINT Cameroon after it was systematically looted?
Not a peep from its Facebook page after 2014.

I have no doubt that our contract partner is well acquainted with all manner of African administrations at many levels and that the bucks will be made available. However there will be a cost of doing business in Africa, and while I am not saying the arrangement with a person of his background is the worst solution, I am disturbed that those expenses in cutting deals may come out before the nett to TV2.

"TV2U has agreed on a revenue share arrangement with TOOMAI in relation to karaoke and advertising, but is not required to, and will not, otherwise make any payments to NPBB GROUP, LLC or its subsidiaries."

I am rather hoping that NPBB group has not been given exclusive right to Africa - and if it has that the arrangement is for a finite period.
