i don't think this is the case. san jorge and the kolosri tenements have always been part of the isabel nickel project. it wouldn't be in the governments interest to have two parties mining the same project. if axiom weren't going to mine isabel they also wouldn't mine san jorge.

note the recent re-tender articles indicated that it included st jorge too:

"Mr Toba further explained that tender will be for three tenements – Kolosori, Takata and South San Jorge"
