Hi Archer,
I was thinking that mining was secondary to getting the CELL up and running.
A natural progression of events.
I was also thinking that it was pointless to focus on mining without the CELL.
Furthermore, it may also be in the companies best interest to ensure there are enough mine shafts ready to go, in order to ensure that demand is met once up and running.
But of course as a holder/investor I would look at it as a half glass full, as opposed to someone who does not hold.
