Also look at the date they became a substantial holder, 31-Mar-2016 and they advise the market on 06-Sep-2016. That’s 6 months after the fact. It makes a joke of ASX’s expectation that this is announced, from memory with in 5 days….and I know it is up to the holder and not CFE.
The boss shuffled some shares around a little while ago and no change in holding, I wonder where they are now?
