The offtake agreement is only one part of the equation however. TOE still require the capital investment in the mine for which they need a partner or a confident financier. I suspect we'll need to see a DFS based on the latest EPA approval first.
That and waiting (providing money allows) may provide a much better offtake deal if the Uranium market starts moving the way most expect.
