In business, I take heresay and experience any day over science. I'm not Chinese but I typically take two protein shakes per day with regular full cream milk and began to have stomach issues after a few weeks of starting this routine. Switched to A2 and haven't had the problem ever since. Do I care about the science? Quite frankly,I couldn't care LESS about the science if I tried and neither should anyone else; the fact is that I feel the difference (to quote their slogan). A2 reports this has been the case in various surveys with Chinese consumers and this along with it being a unique, premium product is enough that it is clear it will remain the Australian market leader. Interestingly human milk only contains the A2 protein as well.
Of course affluent Chinese consumers would take ANYTHING over Chinese formula after their recent fiascos, but they do appear to love the Aussie/New Zealand made products like Bal and A2 over even the Northern European formulas.
