    Morning all,

here we are - lovely morning, clear head for me - I left the party early.

Many would not want to wade through these posts of the last night - and, I can certainly understand that. That said - for new investors or old slow learners like me - there are some very valuable lessons one can take from this thread.

This is what I gleaned - I thought it was fairly consistent and noticeable.

There were several posts that were supportive of the company and some posters who bring information to the forum.

Almost all of those posters (I say almost, but, I think it was all) - who spoke about getting into the company and are happy with their investment - whether or not the position is in the money or underwater - there was one thing that was consistent ----

they almost all (could be all) said that they did their own research on the company.

Also - they took FULL responsibility for their own investment decisions.

To me - that was as clear as crystal.

Of the people who spoke who were less positive - or downright negative - one just didn't see that level of research spoken of - nor did one see that they took responsibility for their decisions.

Indeed, they spoke of deception and buying the story.

Now - there is a really important point that comes out of that - and, it is this.

For those who are unhappy - one can sumise that in all likelhood that they are underwater -------- I would think that a reasonable assumption.

I find it difficult to think that someone would be out there blaming others for their 'misfortune' if the entered at say 10 cents or 20 cents and the stock is now at 50 cents ---------- ok, it might not be all cases - but, I think we would be on safe ground to assume that most of the upset one's are in the red.

If we can agree on that point ---------- then, it really means something.

What it means is this -----

    that those investors entered later

that those investors entered either when the SP was rising strongly or

that they entered at the top or on the way down

Now - combine those entry points with the fact that they did little or no research - AND ran with the emotional up of the herd as the stock rose - or listened to the discussions of positive posters about the business etc and why the SP and the business were in disjoint on the way South.

If you want a reference for the above - then, just read the entire thread.

The big lesson here - is ----------- to look for yourself - take the responsibility yourself - check for yourself.

IMO - a really good example of this is that pretty much all of us who have had some contact with the company know that the company is being built to be sold.

    That's it - that's the concept.

But, - will you find that in a public document? No. Not as far as I know.

It has been stated in public at meetings and the like - but, not published.

This one single point is crucial for an investor to know -

so - IMO - if an investor sees that in a discussion on something like social media - or hears it in discussion --------------------- it would be wise to CHECK IT.

How? --------------- pick up the phone or email - ASK for yourself.

It really is that simple. You own the company - you have a right to know.

If one doesn't want to contact the company personally - wait for a meeting and collar a director - pin them down and ask.

That is just one tiny example - there are dozens (probably hundreds) of others.

At this stage on this subject - one wonders where one is going to get ideas like this if places like social media restrict discussion to only documents that are published -

to me - information like this is vital -------------- I fully agree it shouldn't be trusted - it should be personally checked - but, if you don't even have an idea of what to check - then, how can you possibly check what you don't know?

Anyway - those are some of the observations I made from this thread - which, I understand many will find too painful to wade through.

I hope you all have a great day and we get some exciting news to chew on - although mainly that seems to come early in a week.

All the above is as usual - my thoughts only.

One more thing - thank you to all the supportive posters who mentioned my input over the years - it is greatly appreciated.
