watso may be wrong, and he has not gone back to check it out - but from memory, it was implied that full value would be received, in 2-3 years time, when the final sell down takes place. that does not mean full value now. also, watso was under the impression, and once again has not double checked anything, but he thought that the company had to sell down to 51% ownership to thai nationals NOW - and not in 2-3 years. watso seems to recall reading how kcn could effectively control a big percentage of any entity used to hold the sell down. it could well be that the thais, could see the action of the company, as not being in the spirit of the agreement.
