Maybe people are finally figuring out that they are a complete bargain. Not many people fully understand the prefs - if you ask me the vrl vs vrlpa situation is the best arguement against the Efficient Market Hypothesis seen for a while. Behavioural/irrational issues rule the vrl/vrlpa situation.
