I remember reading somewhere there was a 3 month mediation so I don't feel this was just sprung on us. Unfortunately I'm pretty time poor at the moment. If I find it I'll post it though. I don't think we were ever told it was officially in mediation because my last understanding was that COP had already decided we have missed the PE OPPORTUNITY. What this suggests is that we must have COP At the table willing to negotiate.
