Due to the significant number of shares issued, every major shareholder would have had their holdings diluted to 80% ish of their previous holdings.
Should these shareholders be required to announce as well?
Also thing of note, all shares look to have been purchased by the underwriter Gulf Energy, as they now have 94M shares, does this mean that the sophisticated investors was in fact one guy?
