Finally a post with some detail. What was the "use-case" for using the service you mention?

I had a brief look at MapMart. It is very antiquated. You buy on a per county basis. Whoopy-do! That's the old fashion way of doing business which is fine for adhoc use. Always on Desktop surveys capability is a bit of a trend and the Nearmap business model is ideal for this use-case.

Nearmap will use drones when it makes sense to use them. This will happen when the use of drones to cover large swathes of the planet becomes economical. I don't see drones as a threat to NEARMAP.

As time goes on, Nearmap will improve their tech to reduce capture costs and stay relevant.
